Our 16th Annual Spring to Success Luncheon was held on May 6, 2011 at the beautiful San Ramon Marriott. This event, celebrating our clients successes and inspiring the future, was able to raise awareness and significant funding for our Professional Image and Career Advancement Programs. Some highlights include:
Our live ask raised $14,815 - that's 42% more than last year! Thanks to Pathways and Success Series Graduate Vernon Robinson and Advisory Board member Dave Olson for volunteering to lead our ask this year.
66% more people donated to Wardrobe for Opportunity through donations at the event than last year.
Our auctions featured over 80 items and raised just under $15,000.
The funds raised from our luncheon will directly impact our clients. The total amount raised is enough to provide over 350 low-income men and women with interview clothing and over 150 Career Advancement Scholarships.
