Keep a Job:

While finding employment is critical, maintaining the job is even more important.  Thousands of clients secure employment only to struggle with balancing their personal and professional responsibilities.  To this end, WFO offers programs to ensure a supportive transition to employment.  From working wardrobe appointments to the innovative Pathways career development program, individuals prepare for success with a week's worth of professional clothing for their new position and classroom training to build their skills and create an action plan.

Build a Career:

It is consistently a struggle for front-line employees to advance beyond the entry-level.  These individuals are working hard, yet still struggling to make ends meet.  WFO's nine month Success Series program features workshops, financial literacy training, career coaching and mentoring to provide participants with critical leadership and knowledge to advance in their careers.  After graduation, these individuals become members of our expanded alumni network where they have access to continued career coaching, networking opportunities and the chance to give back to their communities.
